Project enquiries

When you send a brief, we store the contact details, company, project information and reference links you provide so we can respond and manage the enquiry. If you have allowed analytics, the enquiry can include its campaign source and anonymous session reference. Only authorised studio staff can view these records.

Optional analytics

We collect page views, video plays, contact clicks and engagement only after you choose “Allow analytics”. A random session reference helps us count sessions. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and is kept in your browser’s session storage. We store campaign labels and referring domains, not full referring URLs or query strings. We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers or raw IP addresses in these analytics records, and we do not use fingerprinting.

Use “Privacy choices” to decline or withdraw analytics permission. Your preference is stored in your browser. Withdrawal stops future measurement and clears the current session reference. Counts therefore cover only participating browsers and are not a count of identified people.

Updates and follow-up

Submitting an enquiry lets us respond about that project. Occasional marketing updates require the separate optional checkbox. You can withdraw that permission by emailing hey@dramaflick.in.

Service providers and retention

The site and its database use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Enquiry notifications use FormSubmit and are sent to our studio mailbox. Infrastructure providers may process technical request and security data under their own policies. We keep enquiry records while needed to handle the project and maintain business records; you can request access, correction or deletion by contacting us. Analytics records are used to assess site performance; contact us with any retention or deletion request.

Cookies and cache

Hosting services may set security cookies. Browser caching helps load images, videos and site files. Neither a cache nor an anonymous session tells us your identity or contact details.
